We stayed with 4 other couples to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The staff's hospitality stands out. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of places to relax. The view is amazing. Additionally it's conveniently located to great restaurants, the park, and the wine trail ??

Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect! The staff were incredibly sweet and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel also has gorgeous views—we especially loved the backyard patio with the fire pits. A special thank you to Mckayla, Titus, Don, and the rest of the team (we wish we remembered everyone’s names!). You all helped make our vacation truly memorable.

We recently took a trip to the Finger Lakes to celebrate my wife’s birthday, with plans to explore the waterfalls and visit some of the local wineries. We chose to stay at the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel, and it truly elevated our entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The level of hospitality stood out right away, and it was clear that guest experience is a top priority here. We also dined at the hotel and were very impressed with the quality of the food—it exceeded our expectations. There was a small hiccup with dinner one evening, but what really stood out was how the hotel handled it. After I mentioned it, the manager, Andrea, personally reached out to me. That level of care and follow-up speaks volumes. During our conversation, it was evident that the team genuinely strives for excellence and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and the hotel played a big part in making my wife’s birthday trip so memorable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to the Finger Lakes—and we will absolutely be staying here again.

We stayed at the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel to celebrate our anniversary and booked the Romantic Package. From the moment we checked in, the experience exceeded our expectations. On the day of arrival, we were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi, which made our stay even better The hospitality from the staff was outstanding throughout our visit. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near the lake and town. We are extremely appreciative of the upgrade and the excellent service, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a relaxing getaway. We look forward to returning in the future.

We went here for their Thanksgiving buffet. Their property, food, service and dining experience were fantastic! Many foods to choose from... too numerous to mention... roast turkey, beef sirloin and salmon to name a few. The salmon with rice and the turkey were outstanding! The side hot items were also great. Their fruit, cheese, salad and dessert bars were also outstanding. Food never ran low... their service was great... the whole dining experience ran meticulosly... from the moment we checked in to the time we left. All their staff were kind and professional... wow! Wine was great and live flowers on all the tables... very elegant touch. The property inside and out is maintained very well! Highly recommended!

We were blessed to join in the celebration of our friend's wedding. Sadly it was rained out put the stsff quickly put together an inside space beautifully accommodating... The space was beautiful and relaxing. The staff also accommodated my 3-year-old granddaughter by making her a very special chicken nugget and french fry meal while others enjoyed the wedding feast. It was very kind and thoughtful. The whole experience was wonderful and the wedding was beautiful. I thought the staff to be extremely attentive in the background to what was going on.

Stayed here a couple nights for a wedding. Everything was incredible. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The staff are all very helpful and friendly which really made our stay here special. Room service was excellent and quick. They also have a late night menu for room service after the restaurant/bar closes. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. The banquet rooms are beautiful too.

We have stayed here a few times, most recently last week. Friendly staff and impeccably clean facility. Reserved room was immediately ready when we arrived around 4 pm Pillows and mattress were too firm for my partner, but were ok for me. Room size was very nice, and bathroom was great. Morning coffee is set out in the hallway. Would be nice to have it in the room. We have used the restaurant in the past, and found it adequate We had other plans this time They have a great outdoor seating/fire pit area on the lake side of the building, but weather precluded its use this time. Recommended

Stayed for our anniversary and it was so worth adding on the romance package to the room! It had rose petals on the bed and the most beautiful roses! We had a balcony room but it’s hard to see the lake with the trees in front of the water. Huge perk is the coffee bar they have on each floor in the morning! Overall the place is beautiful and nice for a quick getaway.

Lovely hotel! Clean, friendly and helpful staff, location is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. Would have loved to enjoy the patio more. They have many tables and gas fire pits to enjoy all day long. The restaurant is pricey, but that is to be expected for a hotel in a major travel spot.
