I was there assisting with a wedding, so cannot comment on the rooms. Location was nice, private, a lake in the backyard. All the staff I interacted with were friendly, nice. The meal was excellent, noy sure if it was in-house or catered but it was very good!

Had our wedding here (rented the house for three nights). Just the most beautiful place to wake up every morning, eat a complimentary breakfast and drink coffee by the lake! The wedding space was also so beautiful!!

Our son got married 10/4/25. This place is better than any barn wedding. They were married in front of the tree with the lake behind them. Absolutely gorgeous. The inside couldn’t look more beautiful with the dark wood for the reception! Dancing was outside on a coveted patio. Plenty of room and cool night made a perfect environment! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting to watch our son & new daughter get married and have a blast celebrating their new adventure! Thank You!!?

I'd get married at Fontainebleau every weekend if I could. What a gem of a place and what fantastic owners. Terri and John were so easy to work with, responsive to questions, and helped us ensure that all of our moving parts were in sync. The venue itself could not be more perfect. At one point in the evening there were people playing baseball on the lawn, people wandering down the hill to the water, people dancing... it felt very alive! The setting is stunning. Inside the Inn, it's obvious that Terri and John have taken great care to maintain the original historic beauty of the Inn while updating it with modern amenities. Everyone slept comfortably after what we agreed was the best wedding we'd ever attended. Can't say enough! Thanks Terri and John!

We knew from the moment we first visited that Fontainebleau Inn is truly a gem! Terri and John do an excellent job in not only maintaining the inn but also hosting an unforgettable wedding weekend. The inn comfortably accommodated me and my husband along with our families for the weekend. Terri and John coordinated will all of our vendors to ensure all of the wedding events were smoothly and flawlessly executed. Overall, the experience was easy and effortless thanks to their diligence and attention to detail. We look forward to visiting again to relive some of the best moments of our lives.

My husband and I got married at Fontainebleau in summer 2023, and it could not have been a more perfect venue for us. Terri and John are incredibly organized and very responsive; planning with them was a breeze. They had prior relationships with most of our vendors, which made things flow even better. They were transparent and up-front about everything from the start, which we appreciated. The property itself is gorgeous, and the house has been lovingly and meticulously maintained. We loved the Inn’s character and history, and also appreciated its modern amenities (like the bridal suite for getting ready!). We had our ceremony next door through the woods at Lawrence Chapel, which is rented separately, and made for an easy ceremony to reception transition. The main dining room and back patio provided a perfect flow and plenty of space for our guests, while still feeling cozy. Folks also loved being able to wander down the hill to the lake during the reception. Our immediate families stayed at the Inn with us from Thursday to Monday, which was amazing. We loved having breakfast every morning on the back patio, swimming in the lake, and playing whiffle ball in the backyard. The Fontainebleau is a truly special place!
