The Lodge at the Grist Iron Brewery is a fabulous place to stay. Our room was large and had a beautiful view of Seneca Lake. The staff is welcoming and they have thought of everything you will need for your stay. The hotel is located close to Watkins Glen where you can visit the Watkins Glen State Park which is breathtaking place to hike! We will definitely come back next year!!

We stayed in the Mapleview Room in the Farmhouse. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great. Plenty of hot water. The breakfast and the service were good. We appreciated the little things like real maple syrup, local honey, a selection of teas and the drink token for the brewery. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because of the noise from the road - it was VERY loud. Other than that, it was great!

Absolutely amazing stay! We stayed at the Farmhouse, it was perfect- clean, spacious and cozy! The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special. We ate at the Brewery and the food was fantastic. Hands down my favorite place to eat in the Glen. The atmosphere is very laid back and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lodge at Grist Iron. The setting overlooking Seneca Lake is absolutely beautiful, and the views really made the experience special. Everything about our stay felt easy and relaxing...it was exactly the kind of getaway we needed. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-kept, and it made it easy to settle in and unwind after a day of exploring. We spent time at the brewpub, which had a great atmosphere and excellent beer, and even got in a round at their Beer Mountain disc golf course, which was a really fun and unique addition. It was the perfect balance of activity and downtime. It’s the kind of place where you can truly slow down, take in the scenery, and recharge. We’d definitely come back.

We loved our stay! The room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. We loved the fireplace and balcony and view. The soaking tub and tokens for a free drink upon arrival were nice touches. The continental breakfast was just right for us, especially loved the fresh fruit. Also, although we didn't bring our pups, we loved the 6 acre dog park and that they would be welcome. Our only suggestion would be adding a water bottle filling station in the lobby.

Celebrating a short birthday overnight & the Grist Iron campus did not disappoint! Spacious rooms, great fire pit area, & close to the brewery, what's not to like? We'll be back, spend more time, and use the Lakeside Trolley with Grist Iron as our anchor. Thanks GIB team!

We would definitely book here again. The room is perfect, especially the bathtub!! When we walked into the room, the first thing we noticed was the amazing view. The brewery staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and don't want to leave.

My wife and I stayed on a weekday winters night while touring the Seneca Lake establishments. Everything was very nice and clean (and warm). The 2nd floor view from the balcony was great overlooking the lake. That evening, we ate at the brewery just a short walk across the parking lot from the lodge. The continental breakfast (and the dining room) the next morning was also very good. This looks like it would be a great place to stay in the summer. We will definitely return here if available the next time we're in the area.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast had a more than adequate amount of options. The room was perfect and had an amazing view of the lake. The brewery on the property had live music one of the nights we were there and the pizza we ordered was very good. My wife and I definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

We stayed during the Fire and Ice Celebration in Watkins Glen and thoroughly enjoyed the Finger Lakes!! The Lodge is beautiful and the restaurant and bar have great food and beverages! The room was spacious and clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay!
