Even better in person! Multiple places to sit outside! Also a fire pit and grill we didn’t realize were there! Loved having the bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely time visiting the area for a wedding. The place was fabulously stocked, immaculately clean and a great spot for a peaceful woodland getaway. Would go again and again!

Great place to stay close to Watkins Glen and hiking. A quick drive to Ithaca. House was nicely updated and very comfortable. The hot was great to relax in after long walks or hikes. Thank you, Rick! Highly recommend.

The house was super clean and neat. It’s also a great location. The host was wonderful and made it super easy to check in and check out.

Great spot for a long weekend in the finger lakes! The house was great for our group (including two small kiddos). Watkins Glen was just minutes away. Would book again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Guesthouse. The property is just as described, and was perfectly located for Finger Lakes adventures. The furnishings are all new and nicely arranged to maximize the space. The Guesthouse is the perfect size for two couples. We hope to have an opportunity to visit again soon!
