Mary and John were wonderful hosts. Our accommodations were inviting and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious! . We hope to stay here the next visit to Watkins Glen!

Mary makes sure the Apex Inn experience is the best! She and John understand what the WGI experience is all about, and do everything they can to make sure you're ready to go, even if you had to be at the gate for 7am. A wonderful experience and one that makes heading to the Glen.

Ideal location for those visiting the Watkins Glen International Race Course. Hospitality of John and Mary was wonderful. Breakfast was timely, tasty and very sustaining. The facilities are very clean and felt very relaxed in the surroundings. I fully recommend the APEX INN

I came to the area to explore the region with hiking and kayaking. Mary & John are wonderful hosts! This is a charming old place that has been beautifully and thoughtfully remodeled quite literally from the studs. They both treated me like family and made sure I had plenty of food and snacks for my hikes! If having this personal touch isn’t for you, go stay at a mundane hotel. There’s a reason this place gets five stars every time.

We had a fantastic stay at the Apex Inn. It was sparkling clean. Mary and John have done an amazing job with the renovation and decorating that leans into the location so close to the racetrack. Mary has thought of many details to make your stay extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a great breakfast each day of our stay. We highly recommend the Apex Inn Bed and Breakfast.

Don’t look anywhere else, book this place. My husband and I were so pleased with the Apex Inn. Everything was perfect; location was perfect for us, (not downtown Watkins Glen), it was quiet, (not a racing weekend), the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed, and breakfast was amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about our stay and Mary and John are perfect hosts. There were so many small things that made our stay extra special, from the snacks left in the room, to the individualized breakfast choices. The bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding, the room had easy temperature control, and bathroom was equipped with high quality towels, large shower with good water pressure. Honestly there isn’t a thing I can think of that would make it better. If we ever have an opportunity to visit the area in the future, we would definitely stay there again!
