Stayed here 2 nights over the course of a week. Great little, old school motel with generous, thoughtful, friendly hosts and an unbeatable location. I'll definitely return when passing through the area. Thanks again for your help and generosity with my special request!

We had a really great time at this cozy hotel! The prices were great, and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating! We ended up arriving VERY late after a long drive and called a few hours before arrival to give a heads up, and they were more than happy to get us all squared away so when we arrived we were able to just relax. We enjoyed a cabin style room, and it was very vintage and cozy. Loved the quilts! And the water pressure was A++++! Would definitely recommend giving this hotel a try!

Our 2 night stay was very nice with a clean room and a comfortable bed. The price was fair and the location wasn't very far from several attractions we were there to see. You couldn't ask for better customer service, Carol was quick to help with any questions or concerns that we had.

This place is awesome! The location is safe. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Our room had retro wood paneling that made it fun. The staff are incredibly friendly and maintain their rooms. If you are looking for a budget friendly motel with a retro vibe to experience the Finger Lakes or Watkins Glen this is the place!

We have been coming here for the last 10 or more years. We are close to everything we want to do, especially the wine trails, water falls, and great restaurants. Carol and Stewart make sure everything is in order with the room, and they are always clean. Also comfortable bed. Recommend to anyone who travels to this great region of New York State. Especially if you are visiting all the wineries on Seneca, Cayuga, and Keuka.

Great location with mountain view, only 10 minute drive to the Watkins Glen State Park. The room is clean and well maintained. They don't offer food, but Walmart and lots of restaurants are only minutes away. The hosts are nice. We had an emergency during our stay. They helped us to resolve the issue. We will stay here again when we visit the area again.

This place is in a great location, owners super nice. Plus was really comfortable bed, cleanliness, nice hardwood floors and furniture, coffee maker in room, fridge, microwave and Roku with automatic deletion of any streaming service, you put on, on your checkout date. The bathroom was just okay- lumpy linoleum over likely warped flooring, but clean. The curtain on the window was see through at night (really see through) and also wakes you up at the crack of dawn on sunny days- so bring a dark sheet to put over the curtain. The road has truck traffic but it’s the middle of Rock Stream, so not terrible- just a little noisy if you’re a light sleeper. The price was great for the area so would still recommend staying here if you’re looking for a budget motel.

Stayed for 2 nights to tour wineries, an older motel for sure but very clean and comfortable . We Stayed in the cabin style room. The owners were the nicest people you could hope to meet. I don't have anything negative to say, old but clean, great location and I would most likely stay here again if needed.

Really amazing place to stay in the area. Wonderful view, wonderful staff, and extremely great services for the price. Plenty of space to run around outside and nice cozy rooms. I bring my daughter here when I visit her in Ithaca and the prices of even seedy hotels in Ithaca are a joke. These folks have earned me as a long time patron.

We love this place! Carol and Stuart are so helpful and friendly. About 5 miles to the village of Watkins Glen, but more laid back and cozy than the more expensive places in town. No frills, good sized rooms, very CLEAN. We sit outside in the evenings and kabitz with other race fans and wine people. Already have our room reserved for next June's IMSA race weekend!
