Very clean, comfortable and affordable. Across from Tops supermarket and 5 minutes walk to the start of the Glen gorge trail. A simple breakfast was provided.

Room small and Nothing convenient Bathroom wired so you could not plug in nite light when you turned off switch that shut off all outlets. Look ok from outside and that’s where it ends!!!!!

The owner is nice. Very close to the fall, only 5mn driving We had an issue with the room and the owner was able to change us right away. They have also free breakfast!

The hotel is after renovations. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The location is great.

Very clean. Light continental breakfast. Only issue was trying to checkout. No easy way to checkout and waited for nearly 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to leave keys (these are actual keys with room numbers). There was no drop box. Minor inconvenience but would not want a key I'm responsible for left where someone else could pick it up because it was unattended.

Overall place was very clean, recently updated. Bed was comfy. The bathroom was a bit small shower wise but not bad. Again it was clean and recently updated. Staff which I assume were the owners were not very friendly. No sign on the door to ring bell or anything if door was locked. Place is in town but not in the middle of everything which was nice. I would do again if by myself.

Great place to stay if you are planning on visiting the WATKINS GLEN STATE PARK, which is very close by. The location is great because there are lots of tourist and attractions that are nearby. I wouldn't necessarily say it's budget friendly because for one night of stay, it cost me around $130.-. But then again it's in town and close to everything like food, gas and groceries. Service was great. The rooms are very clean.

I highly recommends staying at the Budget Inn. The owner was extremely nice and welcoming. He allowed us to check in an hour early after driving and arriving early. The rooms were very clean and service was provided each day. The room had a huge fridge and microwave. The hotel had breakfast and the owner gave us recommendations of places in town to hike. The hotel is in a great location, right across the street from CVS and a grocery store. It is only a few minute driver to Watkins Glen State Park. Additionally, the owner called me to let me know that I had left my sneakers in the closet. When I arrived to pick them up, he had neatly placed them in a bag for me. Highly recommend!! :)
