Very disappointed - Office smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and our room was very dated and smelled weird. We had reserved for 3 nights but had a family emergency and had to leave after the 1st night. Nobody was in the office at 10:00 the next morning so called several times and left messages but no return call and emailed but still no response. Requested if they could refund even partial of the 2 days we didn't stay and would understand if they couldn't but didn't even bother to contact us back. Would not recommend staying here - horrible service and rooms were questionable - definitely not worth what they charge

We had a wonderful mid-winter break at Longhouse Manor B&B. Regina communicated check-in details clearly and made everything easy from the start. We stayed at the top of the hill in a king suite with an in-room jetted tub, which was a real treat. Breakfast was prepared right on time each morning by a lovely woman with beautiful white hair. The house itself is enormous and thoughtfully equipped with everything guests might need. We enjoyed watching deer grazing in the meadow while taking in the lake view, and the evenings were blissfully quiet with no road noise. With so much to see and do in town and around both sides of the lake, we will certainly be back. Thank you for a delightful stay!

I booked this motel because it was super last minute and the cheapest option available. Low expectations that were definitely exceeded! First, it’s a great location on the west side of the lake. Very close to Watkins Glen and many other wineries and attractions. We arrived late at night and the motel and surrounding road is not very well lit at all. We missed the entrance twice, lol. Creepy to start. But we found the office to check in, and the woman working was super nice and efficient. She had my check in info, room key (old school physical keys! Cute), and payment all ready on the desk so the check in process only took 2 minutes total. They have ice in the lobby and a breakfast available in the morning with coffee and some pastries. Our room was a king bed and spacious especially compared to other motels in area. The bed was surprisingly comfy! Felt like they had added a soft, thick mattress pad on top. Also had 6 pillows (like sleeping pillows, not decor!) on bed which was both funny to see and also very cozy. The rooms all come with a good sized fridge, a microwave, coffee machine, a TV (with a dvd player lol), and a desk. I also loved that the dresser was very long and very low so it doubled as a space for both of us to put our bags/stuff, so they weren’t on the floor. The bathroom was large as well, with a very long vanity that is super low to ground, for average to tall people! Also - really nice 2 ply toilet paper? HUGE plus ??, honestly helps a 4 star to a 5 star in my book. There’s also a pool, but it was off season when we went. Obviously it is not renovated, and it’s not aesthetically pleasing. But at this price point, you’re not comparing it to the nicer hotels and airbnbs anyway, and I can’t imagine choosing any other motel in the area.

This was a nice room very large with high ceilings and ceiling fan. Had 2 nice recliners, king size bed, several tables and lots of room to put your luggage, mini fridge and microwave had package pastries for breakfast with coffee. A Nice covered porch with rocking chairs. The room was cleaned it is dated and could use some remodeling it does have carpet and could use some repairs but I feel the price reflected that . It was cheaper to book directly and only had a 10.00 pet fee for two dogs all for 89.00 plus tax!!! I would stay again and hope one day it could be restored completely to it’s beauty ?

My family used to stay here two decades ago. We came back, and apparently not too much has changed. For better or worse. Office smelled like stale cigarettes, but the employee was kind and helpful. Smoke alarm was beeping when we first arrived and she came to fix it right away. The bathroom door didn’t close properly though. This place hasn’t been updated in a while, but it still has some charm about it.

Our room was perfect, nice size, very clean & very comfortable bed. The service was excellent, all employees were so VERY helpful, kind, personable & just the nicest people & service was EXCELLENT! Cindy was awesome & made a great breakfast every morning, & was a pleasure to talk with. There is a bday cake tradition that's done for my husband every year by friends & family, being that we were away from friends & family, Cindy went the extra mile to help keep the tradition, THANK YOU Cindy for making that happen! We would definitely stay there again. Has a beautiful view of the lake, overall just a really nice place that I highly recommend

It was beautiful and the weather was great. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is great. They have a heated pool but I don’t get in the pool so I’m not sure how well they are heated. It’s quiet. They got rocking chairs out front. It’s a older place, but it is very nice. It was moderate for its area in price.
