Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We stayed in cabin 36 and it was worth every penny. The views are amazing. Everything was very clean and welcoming for our dog. Only 8 minutes from the falls. You won’t regret staying here

Absolutely beautiful resort! Spent 2 nights here in one of the adjoining cabins. The staff, rooms, food, and vibe were incredible. I would absolutely come back. Every staff here is so dedicated and seems to really enjoy their job and where they work. Rocky, the resident dog, is an absolute gentleman. We ate both breakfast and dinner here and both meals were delicious and very well priced. I had the waffle breakfast sandwich and the chicken marsala. The property had a small creek that runs down the side with a couple of chairs to sit and enjoy the ambiance. There is a campfire that is lit every evening for all guests to enjoy, and a guest lounge behind to grab water, ice, blankets, games, use the restroom, or purchase snacks (including single person s’mores kits!). My only “con” would be that the traffic from the road is a little loud, and so is the A/C unit. They have truly thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Great little cabin with all the immenidies. The grounds were beautiful. Gazebos and a fire pit. The view of the lake with a waterfall was a bonus. We had a drink at the restaurant on the resort and met the owner. She was friendly and told us a lot about the place. The staff was great as well.

We stayed here 3 nights with our in-laws for a graduation weekend. The beds and views were fantastic, and it was so nice having a restaurant on site when needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My mother-in-law said this resort was one of the best places she's ever stayed. Win-Win!

This place is absolutely beautiful!! The cabins are clean and they have everything you need to have a great stay. They cater to the dogs as well, they even have a doggie menu at the bistro. The bistro I can't say enough about the food is delicious and everyone that works there is amazing. The owners are even around if you should ever need anything.

Hi owner, thank you for your response. I feel like if you actually read my review, you would see that the issue was not that you couldn’t seat us. We completely understand that accommodating a party of 9 on a Saturday isn’t always possible. The issue was the way your hostess spoke to us, which came across as rude and dismissive and ultimately made us not want to visit your establishment. If your hostess had simply said something like, “I’m so sorry, we’re busy tonight and won’t be able to seat you,” or anything along those lines, we would have completely understood and there likely would not have been negative reviews. Thank you for copy-and-pasting the same response and calling us bullies for leaving reviews of our experience here, it really shows how you handle constructive criticism. I understand you watched the camera footage of our arrival, but did it include sound? Because if it did, you would have heard your hostess being rude while we remained polite. Maybe consider coaching your staff on courteous communication so situations like this don’t result in negative experiences. Thank you for your time.

Our first time staying at the property. Check-in was super easy by text (since card was on file). We stayed in the stand-alone cabins which were awesome since we had a dog with us and planned to leave him in the cabin when we went to dinner, and he whines for a bit when left alone in a new place, so having a stand-alone cabin was helpful to not disturb other guests. The cabins were new, clean, nicely appointed, very comfortable bedding, good WiFi, easy parking right in front of the cabin, a full kitchenette. It was like a real one-bedroom house. Good location close to Watkins Glen and nearby wineries. Staff was very friendly. Will be happy to stay again in the future!

This was the perfect spot for a mini winter getaway. The view of the lake from the cabin with the hills covered in snow was spectacular. Yes the region is much quieter in the winter but that creates a unique charm. I was wowed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the cabin. Despite being right off of the highway, I found the area very quiet and peaceful. It was very simple in a zen-like way, and cozy. Two minor suggestions: the soap dispenser in the shower could be closer to the actual shower area, and smart tv would be a nice replacement for cable tv - I would’ve loved to put on a fireplace stream from YouTube to enhance the winter coziness! As for the bistro, I was sincerely impressed by the quality of the food. The burger and breakfast burritos are particularly delicious! The hours are accommodating. Also, nice wine by the glass list with local options :) As for the location - it’s very convenient to Watkins glen (but be aware many places are closed in the winter) and close to other cute towns like Geneva and Hammondsport, as well as proximate to the best winery in the area. Major bonus is the gorgeous trails on the resort property. I can’t wait to come back with my dog!

I absolutely LOVE this place!!!! We’ve gone here several times and will keep coming back. They are pet friendly so our doggy can come with us. He loves walking the land and partaking of all the new scents. The cabins are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen is great for cooking; it’s roomy and well equipped. The bathroom is clean and the shower is a nice size. You don’t feel like you’re squeezing into a box. The beds are comfy and each room has a tv. The bistro serves delicious food; I especially like their breakfast. I highly recommend visiting the resort! You won’t be disappointed!!!!
