Amazing place! Great property for dogs and humans. Very helpful staff. Food for dinner and breakfast is well done and affordable. Any of the cabins are great, Lake View ones are worth it. Easy to get in and out of Watkins Glen. Will certainly be coming back.

We stayed here for 4 nights in Cabin 19. The cottage is very nice, with a great mattress. it worked well for adults and medium dog. There is a bit of road noise, but it wasn't a problem for us. The staff is very friendly and professional. The grounds are nice to walk the dog around. We used the gas grill twice and it worked well. The main thing about the location is that it is very close to a highway intersection, so you have to be ready to change lanes quickly depending on where you are going/coming from. It wasn't too much of an issue for us in mid June, but it might be worse in the height of the tourist season. This place is VERY DOG FRIENDLY, which is important to us. We would certainly stay here again.

Lakeside Resort & 3812 Bistro was a lovely and peaceful cabin stay. The cabin was clean, quiet, well-equipped, and very dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. The price also felt reasonable. The scenery was beautiful, with nice open fields, distant lake views, and a cozy fire pit area that made the stay feel relaxing. Our dog absolutely loved the large grassy area. We also tried food from 3812 Bistro and really enjoyed it. The wrap was especially delicious, nicely toasted and beautifully prepared. The masala dish was slightly salty for my taste, but still flavorful, and the stir-fried vegetables were very good. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the bathroom amenities were not clearly labeled, so I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. Overall, a great place for a peaceful getaway.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at Lakeside resort. Beautiful location. Clean spacious and comfortable cabin with refrigerator, microwave. I especially enjoy walking over to the lake side, beautiful view. Great food at the onsite restaurant. I ordered a full breakfast with two eggs sunny side up, one sausage, one waffle for only $5. Can’t beat that!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We stayed in cabin 36 and it was worth every penny. The views are amazing. Everything was very clean and welcoming for our dog. Only 8 minutes from the falls. You won’t regret staying here

Absolutely beautiful resort! Spent 2 nights here in one of the adjoining cabins. The staff, rooms, food, and vibe were incredible. I would absolutely come back. Every staff here is so dedicated and seems to really enjoy their job and where they work. Rocky, the resident dog, is an absolute gentleman. We ate both breakfast and dinner here and both meals were delicious and very well priced. I had the waffle breakfast sandwich and the chicken marsala. The property had a small creek that runs down the side with a couple of chairs to sit and enjoy the ambiance. There is a campfire that is lit every evening for all guests to enjoy, and a guest lounge behind to grab water, ice, blankets, games, use the restroom, or purchase snacks (including single person s’mores kits!). My only “con” would be that the traffic from the road is a little loud, and so is the A/C unit. They have truly thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Great little cabin with all the immenidies. The grounds were beautiful. Gazebos and a fire pit. The view of the lake with a waterfall was a bonus. We had a drink at the restaurant on the resort and met the owner. She was friendly and told us a lot about the place. The staff was great as well.

We stayed here 3 nights with our in-laws for a graduation weekend. The beds and views were fantastic, and it was so nice having a restaurant on site when needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My mother-in-law said this resort was one of the best places she's ever stayed. Win-Win!

This place is absolutely beautiful!! The cabins are clean and they have everything you need to have a great stay. They cater to the dogs as well, they even have a doggie menu at the bistro. The bistro I can't say enough about the food is delicious and everyone that works there is amazing. The owners are even around if you should ever need anything.

Hi owner, thank you for your response. I feel like if you actually read my review, you would see that the issue was not that you couldn’t seat us. We completely understand that accommodating a party of 9 on a Saturday isn’t always possible. The issue was the way your hostess spoke to us, which came across as rude and dismissive and ultimately made us not want to visit your establishment. If your hostess had simply said something like, “I’m so sorry, we’re busy tonight and won’t be able to seat you,” or anything along those lines, we would have completely understood and there likely would not have been negative reviews. Thank you for copy-and-pasting the same response and calling us bullies for leaving reviews of our experience here, it really shows how you handle constructive criticism. I understand you watched the camera footage of our arrival, but did it include sound? Because if it did, you would have heard your hostess being rude while we remained polite. Maybe consider coaching your staff on courteous communication so situations like this don’t result in negative experiences. Thank you for your time.
