We just spent two nights at Magnolia Place B&B, and it is by far our favorite place to stay! What a beautiful, warm, and inviting space. We stayed in the Magnolia Room- complete with a large soaking tub, fireplace, and rocking chairs on the deck. The breakfasts were decadent- fresh and thoughtfully crafted. The hosts and other staff members were kind and chatted with us throughout our stay. There is a sweet dog on the property, flowers, birds, and the location is perfect. Numerous wineries, state parks and restaurants all close by. We could not have asked for a better stay, and we look forward to returning!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Magnolia Place! We stayed for three nights in the Harvest Room, which was spacious, had a very comfortable bed, and a hot tub on the outside deck. Breakfast all three mornings was great, and we appreciated the coffee/tea/hot chocolate selection that was available not only during breakfast but anytime of day. Ron and Katy were incredible and answered questions/made suggestions of places to go during our first trip to the area. Magnolia Place is very conveniently located, and we never needed to travel further than 20 minutes to find anything we wanted or needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved the Harvest Room, but before leaving we were able to view the other rooms, which were all beautiful and had something a little different to offer, so you can't go wrong!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Katy and Ron were so friendly, and made a delicious well balanced breakfast each morning. We were truly blown away by the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. Super close to wineries and restaurants We were in the Harvest Room and took full advantage of the private hot tub!

We recently stayed at the Magnolia Bed And Breakfast to celebrate our anniversary. Ron, Kathryn and Lexi (their dog) were all very friendly and accommodating. The cozy Inn near Seneca Lake is conveniently located to many wineries and breweries and has a beautiful view. I especially loved the thoughtful decor throughout the inn that made it feel warm and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with much attention to detail! We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you for an exceptional experience!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful B&B with our son & daughter-in-law after attending a wine & chocolate event at some of the Seneca Lake wineries. The place was more beautiful than in the photo's and the room was so cozy and comfortable. The next morning we were greeted by the hosts who were so warm & friendly and made us feel so comfortable, like we were eating breakfast with family. And the breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in the area, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I try and get away around the Holidays to decompress from the craziness. We were married on Seneca lake so it has been a tradition for us to drop off the kids and spend some time exploring there. Magnolia Place is the perfect place for that. Ron and Kathryn are outstanding welcoming hosts. We have stayed in the Magnolia Suite and Lilac Suite. We loved them both but all the rooms have a unique comfortableness to them. The breakfasts are great and the location is great for exploring. We will definitely be back next year!

My wife and I have always driven by Magnolia Place and said we should stay there. We finally did and were very pleased with the beautiful and very well maintained property. Our room was very well appointed and we loved the large soaking tub. It is a great location very close to wineries we love and new breweries that we have found. Ron and Katie are very great host and Ron served up a gourmet breakfast. We will definitely return sometime in the future

An amazing Bed and Breakfast! Ron, Kathryn, (and of course their amazing dog Lexi!), and the staff made our stay so amazing - I highly recommend Magnolia for any couple or adult group planning to travel to the Finger Lakes and the Watkins Glen/Ithaca region. They are so kind and caring and made us feel right at home. The location is easy to get to and park at (and very central for traveling around the main attractions of the region), and we loved the views walking around the property. You can see the lake from the porch with ample seating and hangout areas for everyone. A cozy living room and dinning room to hang out in or relax, as well as a great area for deliciously prepared fancy breakfasts each morning at 8:30am. The rooms were great - we really liked the Vineyard room (no hot tub but a nice TV and counterspace, away from the road and a bit more private). We also stayed for a night in the Champagne Suite which was also amazing - closer to the road and a bit less private but a door to walk out right onto the public porch overlooking the lake, and an amazing bubble/jet tub in the bathroom! They were so accommodating - and it was super easy to add Magnolia's offered add-ons to our stay (we had chocolate-covered strawberries and roses waiting in our room upon arrival!). We look forward to coming back and thanks so much for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Magnolia House in October! The harvest room was a wonderful choice, with amazing views and a hot tub! The inn keepers/owners were personable and great hosts. Breakfasts were excellent and prompt. A great location to tour the lakes and enjoy the beauty of the area. We’d stay again for sure!!

This was our 2nd visit to Magnolia Place Bed&Breakfast. It was a wonderful fall season visit. Ron and Katy are very special people who both make sure your experience at their Bed&Breakfast is warm & memorable. I recommend the Harvest room which has a private deck where you can enjoy the beautiful views. We are already planning our 3rd visit for next year. Mary and Dan Doherty
