When my husband and I decided to vacation in the Finger Lakes, I began searching for lodging in the Watkins Glen and Ithaca areas. After careful consideration, we chose the Blackberry Inn B&B—an inviting 1830s home that beautifully blends historic charm with modern amenities. We stayed in Room Number 3, which was tastefully decorated and offered plenty of space to relax. The Inn is a convenient ten-minute walk from Watkins Glen State Park and just five minutes from downtown Watkins Glen, where you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants, including the Blackberry Inn Kitchen. Their sandwiches are among the best we’ve ever had. The Inn is also a short drive from local wineries, additional State Parks, museums, and countless outdoor activities. We would gladly stay there again.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights July 4th weekend and had a great experience! We stayed in room 1. It was a very clean, good size and the bed/pillows were VERY comfortable! The inn is centrally located, quiet, with free on-site parking. Brian was a wonderful host and breakfast was equally great! The only caveat was our bathroom was across the hall. Not a deal breaker but something to note for some guests. The bathroom was very clean, modern, and roomy. Overall, a great experience!

My kids (ages 15 and 20) and I had a great time while staying at the Blackberry Inn. They offer an American breakfast but we quickly upgraded to their offer for breakfast at the bakery they own just blocks away from the Inn, which has everything… coffee, tea, cold drinks, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, etc. The Inn is within walking distance to the beautiful main street with shops and restaurants as well as local attractions such as Watkins Glen State Park and Captain Bill’s Cruise Tours. We did it all and at the end of the day, it was nice to know that we had a cozy, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Brian and David were so friendly, attentive, and responsive to texts, and made sure we had everything we needed. We only stayed 2 nights but because of the local attractions and friendly surroundings, we were sad to say goodbye to the Inn and Watkins Glen. Day 1: shopping, Watkins Glen State Park, El Rancho Mexican restaurant and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream Day 2: more shopping, Captain Bill’s Scenic Cruise, Taughannock State Park Gorge Trail (also South/North Rim Trail Loop), dinner at Nickel’s Pit BBQ (make reservations and be aware that they run out of ribs and burnt ends frequently as they are the most popular item on the menu), more ice cream

Very convenient to walk to downtown restaurants, Watkins Glen Park and Clute Park. Brian is a very interesting host and prepares a wonderful spread for breakfast that includes locally sourced items. Would definitely stay here again!

The Blackberry Inn was a wonderful place to spend our anniversary weekend. We could walk any place we wanted to go, we enjoyed a peaceful, comfy sleep, and were fully intrigued by the beautiful surroundings and the host’s stories. To top it off, the bakery items from their own bakery and locally made yogurt made a delicious breakfast. Excellent experience!

My wife and I spent a couple nights in order to visit some north Georgia vineyards and wineries. The Blackberry Inn is a fantastic B&B in a wonderful location. Highly recommend.

We stayed three nights here in October for a Watkins Glen/Ithaca trip centered around fall foliage and hiking the local parks and waterfalls. It was beautiful.David and Brian are incredibly friendly and create a lovely vibe. They take pride in both their B&B! Cozy house and rooms, great location for a visit to the area! Eat in for breakfast at the designated time downstairs or enjoy what they have to offer at their BlackBerry Inn Kitchen on Franklin Ave! Easy walk just a couple blocks away and the bagels do NOT disappoint!! True NY style and delicious! This is a very popular place in the morning- its reputation speaks for itself!!

The location was great. The house was very clean. The room we stayed in was nice, but the bathroom was very small and the barn door was tricky to close. We were given coupons for breakfast to go to the local cafe which they own for breakfast which was several blocks from the house. I didn’t care for the paper coffee cups at the house.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Watkins Glenn I highly suggest The BlackBerry Inn ! We had the best experience . The owners outstanding , our room was perfect ! Walking distance to downtown .

Very nice exterior and room. The bathroom and shower were great. Nice personal split AC and Heat unit worked well. Bed was perfect, slept well. Quiet area right in town and simple parking. Breakfast cafe food was superb. Ideal location. Corning glass museum a short drive and the lake was a short walk.
